Terms of Service
By commissioning, you agree to the terms of service.1) General
- Artist’s watermark will be added except for emote commissions.
- I reserve the right to decline an order.
- Will draw: Real people, original characters, fictional characters, kemonomimi, creatures & animals
- Won’t draw: explicit furries, gore, 18+/nsfw content, romance that involves kissing (hugs is ok)2) Payment
- Prices are in USD.
- Prices subject to variation depending on complexity.
- Pay upfront after I have reviewed and accepted your commission. Work will not begin before payment is received.3) Process & Revisions
- I will send a WIP of the sketch (not in full quality) so you can approve of it or ask for revisions.
- Further WIPs will be sent depending on the complexity of the commission, so you can continue to approve or ask for revisions throughout the process.
- As a baseline, you get 2 free revision requests, and extra requests will incur an extra charge based on an hourly wage.
- I will send the final WIP so u can ask for any last small edits (doodles, color, etc).
- Final artwork will be sent to you in JPG and PNG formats.4) Copyright & Usage
- I am the owner of the artwork and its copyright. If you post the work online, you must credit me @fluffjwi.
- Commissioned work must not be used to feed AI, and must not be used as NFTs.
- I may post the commissioned work and/or drawing process on my own social media accounts. Please let me know if you absolutely do not want me to post the work anywhere.
- Commissions are for personal usage only (other than Twitch emotes). If interested in commercial use, please contact me separately.5) Refunds & Cancellation
- No refunds after payment if I have started your commission, so please be certain before paying.
